Draycott Community Primary School set out to create a safe, versatile outdoor space usable year-round by pupils, parents and staff. They needed a robust, weather-resistant shelter that offered reliable protection and suited the site’s layout. 

William Booth Primary and Nursery School in Nottingham wanted a safe, versatile outdoor area for pupils. They needed a sturdy, weather-resistant shelter to allow year-round play and learning. For added safety, padded post protectors were included for younger children, while the design also blended with the school surroundings.

Pipers Corner School required a practical shelter solution that would provide a large covered area, enabling children to continue playing outdoors in all weather conditions.

Beverley Grammar School in East Yorkshire required a large, durable, and weather-resistant shelter to enhance the school’s outdoor facilities. The school needed a versatile solution to provide all-weather protection and create a more functional outdoor space for students and staff.

West Leigh Infant School faced challenges with unpredictable weather, limiting outdoor play and learning. A durable, weather resistant shelter was essential to create a safe, covered space for students, enabling outdoor activities in all conditions. The shelter also needed to provide a comfortable waiting area for parents and visitors.

Sir James Smith’s Community School in Cornwall was looking for the perfect partner to design and install two bespoke shelters to improve the functionality of their outdoor spaces. The school’s aim was to create sheltered areas for year-round use, enabling students and staff to make better use of the outdoor quadrants.

Woodlands Infant & Nursery School approached NBB with a unique requirement: to create three individual sheltered areas outside their classrooms, providing pupils and parents with year-round weather protection during drop-off and pick-up.

After the successful installation of a custom shelter at The Atsam Academy London, NBB Outdoors was approached once again to collaborate with The Khalsa Academies Trust in creating a bespoke shelter solution, this time for The Khalsa Academy Wolverhampton. 

Sir James Smith Community School recently contacted NBB in need of a shelter for their outdoor recreation space. After liaising with our surveyors, it was decided that a bespoke Winterbourne freestanding shelter with guttering would fit the space best.

Oaklands Infant School needed an old wall-attached canopy removed from their school and replaced with a new shelter to provide cover over an entrance. They contacted NBB and it was agreed that a bespoke freestanding Branksome shelter would be the best fit for the space.

King Edward VI Northfield School For Girls, a distinguished educational institution, presented NBB Outdoors with a clear projectbrief aimed at enhancing their outdoor seating areas within a recreational courtyard.

Childwall Sports & Science Academy, a returning happy customer of NBB Outdoors, sought to further enhance thier campus infrastructure by installing a bespoke walkaway between building entrances, to protect students and staff from adverse weather conditions such as rain, wind and snow.
