We offer full installation for both bespoke and standard products, available on request.
The process starts with contact made to us by yourself, the customer. Our details can be found either online, or via our catalogue. Whether you’re looking for a bespoke or standard product, our sales team will happily discuss your options with you, and together you will decide the best way to move forward. Alternatively, if it is a specific product from our standard range that you wish to purchase, our sales team and website are specifically geared towards a quick simple purchase including FREE DELIVERY!
Step 1- SITE VISIT
Depending on the size of the project, we will send one of our qualified site surveying team out to visit you, discuss exactly what you are looking for, and the logistics of the project. On the visit they will gather all the details they need to prepare a quote. Including measurements, photographs and if there are any groundworks that need to be implemented. They can also run through our product portfolio with you to ensure you are making the most of your outdoor areas. It’s simple to request a site visit, all you need to do is call our Freephone number 0800 1777 052 and one of our representatives would be happy to help you.
Step 2- QUOTE
All the information gathered on the site visit is then sent over to our design team who will draw up the render ready to be put together with your quote. Once this is all prepared, one copy is sent via email and one hard copy is sent in the post. We ensure that the quote is sent to you within three days of the site visit. Alongside this, our outbound sales administrator will follow up the quote with a phone call to make sure you are happy with all of the details. Ultimately, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied and we are all working towards the same vision.
Step 3- PLACING AN ORDER
Once you are happy with the render and the quote it’s time to place your order! An order can be placed via a number of means: Telephone- just call 0800 1777 052 Fax- to 0800 1777 053 (the order form can be found on page 82 of our catalogue) Email- firstname.lastname@example.org Post- just put your official purchase order in the post to: FREEPOST NBB LTD (no postcode required). Once we have received you order we will send out a confirmation letter and arrange a delivery and/or installation date that suits you.
Step 4- DESIGN
When we receive your order, one of our specialised design team will add the finalisations to the specification of your new shelter, canopy or walkway and then it will be added to the production schedule. If you require to see any technical drawings or specifications, our dedicated design team would be happy to supply these for you!
Step 5- MANUFACTURE
We are proud to say that all of our canopies walkways and shelters are manufactured in the UK and we are also an ISO 9001 accredited company. This is a prestigious British business award given to us for our consistent high level of service. We use the most modern technology and our team of qualified engineers check each structure for sound stability and durability. This is a very important part of the installation process to safeguard your employees and visitors.
Step 6- INSTALLALTION
Once your shelter walkway or canopy has been made, we will be in contact with you to confirm a convenient installation time. We work closely with you to ensure minimum interruption to your normal working day. We also have strict health and safety policies to ensure your staff and visitor are kept safe at all times.
Step 7- YOUR VISION NOW A REALITY
