1) Introduction

The No Butts Bin Company has been manufacturing and designing products for cigarette disposal since 1991. Our mission statement is to offer first class design and ergonomics with the best materials available in order to minimise maintenance and maximise lifetime value.

Over the last 15 years the No Butts Bin range has grown to include some of the most innovative external ashtrays on the market. Stainless steel and aluminium have been used across the range of cigarette bins to minimise maintenance and maximise lifetime value.

Remember that all stainless steel No Butts Bins are guaranteed for life. In the unlikely event of a stainless steel No Butts Bin failing or corroding, we will replace it. No Ifs No Butts!

No Butts offer the widest range of cigarette litterbins on the market. From wall mounted bins such as the Original No Butts Bin to elegant floor standing bin solutions, we are confident you will find a product in our range to suit your individual requirements.

• Because we are the specialist! Unlike many other companies who offer generic products, all No Butts cigarette bins are designed by us and manufactured from premium materials. Innovative features such as the patented smoke baffle, internal collection tray and vandal resistant locks ensure maximum longevity and ease of emptying. What Materials are used to manufacture No Butts Bins?

• All bins in the No Butts range are available with either 100% stainless steel construction with a lifetime guarantee or mild steel construction.
  
  
  • Stainless Steel Bins: The outer bin is manufactured from 1mm thick 304 grade stainless steel.
    Inner trays are manufactured from 0.7mm thick 304 grade stainless steel.
  • Powder Coated Models: 1mm thick Zintec zinc coated mild steel powder coated with epoxy / polyester coating.
    Available in Antique Silver, Green & Textured Black finishes.

Which is your best selling bin?

• Our best selling bin is the No Butts Original Cigarette Bin. Available in 100% stainless steel construction with a lifetime guarantee or Mild Steel construction with a choice of three powder coated finishes.
  
  

How do I empty my No Butts Bin bin?

• No Butts Cigarette Bins are specially designed to be as easy to empty as possible. All models feature an internal collection tray which ensures that butts are kept totally separate from the main body of the bin. Emptying your bin is easy - simply use the supplied key to unlock the collection tray, slide out and empty!
  
  

3) Smoking Law

Do I need to provide a cigarette bin by law?

• There is no legal requirement to provide a cigarette bin for employees. However, as an estimated 25% of the UK workforce smoke, can you afford not to? No Butts cigarette bins preserve the image of your company by helping to control cigarette litter and allowing control over areas where employees are permitted to smoke.

4) Type and Position of Cigarette Bins

Floor Standing or Wall Mounted?

• Your choice of bin type will largely depend on the location of your designated smoking area. If there is a wall to mount a bin then we would recommend choosing a product from our range of Wall Mounted Bins. Freestanding products such as No Butts Tower Bins are ideal for locations where there is no wall to mount your bin. For extra security these can be weighted with ballast sand or bolted to the ground with optional anchor kits.
  
  

Where should I position my Cigarette Bins?

• No Butts Cigarette Bins are ideal for controlling the areas where smokers congregate. They should be used in conjunction with your company's no-smoking policy and positioned within designated smoking areas to ensure that they remain free of cigarette butts. If space is limited and it is not possible to create designated smoking areas we would recommend at least one bin is located by the entrance to your premises.
  
  

5) Fixing Instructions

Are No Butts Bins supplied with all necessary fixings?

• All wall-mounted bins are supplied complete with mounting plates, rawlplugs and screws necessary for wall mounting. Floor standing bins can be secured using ballast sand or optional anchor kits.
  
  

6) After Care

Is there any maintenance required?

• All NBB products are manufactured from the highest quality materials to provide years of service. We recommend that you clean your bin regularly with a mild detergent and periodically soak the internal collection tray in soapy water to remove any build up of tar that may result from regular use.
  
  

7) Warranty / Guarantee

All stainless steel No Butts Bin products have a lifetime guarantee. In the unlikely event of a stainless steel No Butts Bin failing or corroding, we will replace it. No Ifs No Butts!
