Our Goal...
Since I founded the company in 1991, cigarette disposal has come a long way. Pioneering the use of wall mounted ashtrays outside No Smoking buildings was initially very frustrating. I had a great new concept, but I had to create a market for The No Butts Bin out of nothing. Since then the No Butts Bin or Butt Bin has become the generic name for external ashtrays. Although many have tried to copy our concept, the unique and patented baffle system and our products' longevity, still sets the original No Butts Bin apart from the rest.
Following our move to much larger premises, we are now able to offer next day delivery on a much wider range of our products. Many of you have asked for customised products and we have now included those that we believe others can benefit from. I know you will be pleased that the new litter bin range continues our lifetime guarantee on all stainless steel products and two years on all others.
Keeping pace with our growth has been exhausting for all of us working here, but at last we are very proud to announce a new professional assembly and installation service for the successful smoking and cycle shelters. We have standardised a low cost for all mainland sites, but please talk to me about any of your more exotic locations, since I might combine it with a holiday!

All items in our catalogue and on this website are priced in Pounds Sterling without VAT.
For orders made in the UK or in the European Union, 17.5% VAT must be added. To make it easier for you, we automatically include the tax at the checkout.

At The No Butts Bin Company we try to make things as simple as possible and without any hidden surprises. The majority of our orders are shipped via DHL with the exception of shelters and cycle racks which have to go special courier due to their size. Our standard shipping rate is £9.50 per order. However if you are purely ordering from ourrange of signs, this drops to £3.95. If the total value of your goods exceeds £250, then you will not pay any shipping charges at all.

The No Butts Bin Company is committed to it's customer service. Our customer service department ( 0800 177 7052) is open during normal office hours. Unfortunately most businesses don't always operate during normal office hours.
That's why we brought No Butts Bin to the web in the first place, and it's the main reason for deploying an online customer service.
